  4. CEO Duties • Reports to the headquarter in Chicago • Establishes the vision and strategy • Facilitates communications • Plan and implement future expansion • Responsible for Finland, Russia and Baltics

  5. CEO Specifications • MBA and/or Ph.D. • Managerial experience in a similar size corporation • Excellent knowledge for markets • Verbal communications • Cultural understanding for all three country areas • Strong leadership skills • Strong goal commitment

  6. Country Managers Duties • Responsible for national operations and performance • Reports to the CEO • Implements business plans • Surveillance of economical and political situations • Acts as a coordinator between CEO and middle management

  7. Country Managers Specifications • Master’s degree in business • Knowledge of local culture and language • Communications skills • Work experience in management position, approx. 5-10 years

  8. Marketing VP´s Duties • Responsible for the marketing strategies • Product, price,place and promotion • Investigates and studies the market • Analyzes the market situation and competition • Establishes the local relationships • Monitors the implementation of company’s policy and schedules

  9. Marketing VP´s Specifications • At least bachelor’s degree in marketing management • Global understanding of markets • International work experience • Leadership and team work skills • Excellent negotiator

  10. HR VP´s Duties • Recruitment program • Implement corporate policies and values • Relationships with unions • Compensation • Training • Performance appraisal

  11. HR VP´s Specifications • At least Bachelor’s degree in HRM • Work experience in the area, 5 years • Demonstrated analytical/statistical problem-solving skills • Excellent verbal and writing skills • Demonstrated mentoring and leadership skills • Strong interpersonal/facilitation skills

  12. Finance/Accounting VP´s Duties • Financial control • Budgeting • Analysis • Investment planning • Reporting

  13. Finance/Accounting VP´s Specifications • At least bachelor’s degree in finance/accounting and CPA • Experienced financial professional • Broad knowledge of economical situations worldwide • Management level experience in similar size corporation

  14. Supply/Logistics VP´s Duties • Network • Transportation • Suppliers • Vendors • Market surveillance • Monitor all the distribution channels • Develop and control outsourcing

  15. Supply/Logistics VP`s Specifications • At least bachelor’s degree in the area • Knowledge on country specifics • International work experience in the area • Communications and negotiation skills • Strong background knowledge in the area of logistics and express • Team work skills
