  2. Te Whāinga: Purpose An understanding of how Te Noho Kotahitanga: The Partnership is applied in the context of teaching at Unitec. This will be done by: A series of short practical exercises in which participants will examine current curriculum – content and processes Sharing of that practice Identifying gaps through personal reflection Committing to future practice. Te Noho Kotahitanga: The Partnership The opening statement of Te Noho Kotahitanga acknowledges the Treaty of Waitangi as the country’s founding document, as a teacher at Unitec what therefore do you think you need to have in your basket of knowledge to demonstrate that statement?
