  2. Team Structure

  3. Team Committee Team Committee consists of Team Leaders from each subgroup that share the team’s common interest. This makes up a representative democracy. Members not involved in the committee may ask Student Leaders to represent their opinions to the committee

  4. Project Committees A Project Committee is the Student Leader, Assistant Student Leaders, and Mentors from a specific project. The are chosen by the end abilities of the previous year. This committee is responsible for choosing the positions of members on their project.

  5. Project Positions All jobs on projects are placed upon a member due to their current abilities. These abilities are graded upon by the Project Committee. At the beginning of each year, all of the jobs are up for grabs again. This allows for placement on a project to be completely determined by skill level.

  6. What if I have no work? It is very likely that if you are a programmer, electrician, or CAD designer you will not have work for at least two weeks. There are 3 options that you can take for your free time. Option number 1 is to have previously signed up and taken part in the testing for another position. This considers you part of project until work occurs for you to do. Option #2 is to work with
