ETAPAS DE PRODUÇÃO DE PAPEL EM LABORATÓRIO • Divisão do material. • Digestão do material com soda cáustica, a quente. • Lavagem exaustiva do resíduo fibroso. • Branqueamento do resíduo com hipoclorito de sódio, a quente. • Lavagem exaustiva do resíduo branqueado (polpa de celulose). • Batimento da polpa em liquidificador. • Obtenção da folha de papel, com auxílio de moldes de isopor, panos e tela de silk-screen. • Secagem da folha obtida, com panos e ferro de engomar ou em estufa.
