  4. Remove Battery Test machine with this latch broke. 1. Turn the notebook over. 2. Unlock and hold the latches, and lift up the battery.

  5. Remove ODD Module M2.5*10 Remove screw and pull the ODD module out.

  6. Memory 1 Memory 2 (no preloaded) Two slots for Memory, one Memory can be replaced/upgraded easily, to replace another one, you must remove the Keyboard first. Remove Memory Module Remove 2 screws and Memory door, then pull two latches and pop the Memory module up to the 45°angles, and then pull it out.

  7. Some machines will be sold with 3G module SIM Door Remove 3G Module Remove 2 screws and 3G door, take the 3G module away.

  8. Remove Keyboard Module M2.5*5 M2.5*10 1. Remove 15 screws (Attention: Fix screws correctly to avoid damaging C cover).

  9. The latch for fixing Keyboard Remove Keyboard Module 2. Push 3 latches with the screwdriver to release Keyboard.

  10. Remove Keyboard Module 3. Turn over the Keyboard, disconnect the cable and take the Keyboard away.

  11. Remove Top Cover Module 2. Remove 3 screws and disconnect 4 cables then take the Top Cover away.

  12. Remove Speaker and Power Board Module Remove 5 screws and take the Speaker and Power Board away.

  13. Remove HDD Module 1. Pull the HDD module out.

  14. Remove HDD Module 2. Remove 2 screws each side and disassemble HDD module.

  15. Remove Bluetooth Module Remove 2 screws and disconnect the cable and take Bluetooth module away.

  16. Remove IO_Board_2 Module Remove the screw and take IO_Board_2 away.

  17. Remove USB Board Module Remove the screw and cable then take USB Board away.

  18. Memory Heat Sink Remove Heat Sink and Memory Module Remove the 4 screws and take Heat Sink and Memory away.

  19. Remove HDI Board Module HDI: High Density Interface HDI Board is connected with DIMM. Remove the screw. Pull two latches and pop the HDI Board module up to the 45°angles, and then pull it out.

  20. Remove Fan Module Remove 2 screws and cable then take the Fan module away.

  21. Remove Wireless LAN Module Remove 2 screws and antennas, take the Wireless module away.

  22. Remove Power Line Module Disconnect the cable and fetch the power line away.

  23. Remove IO_Board_1 Module Remove the screw and cable then take IO_Board_1 away.

  24. Remove LCD Module Tear off the antennas and remove 4 screws then take LCD away.

  25. Disassemble LCD Module Disassemble upper side first 1. Remove 4 rubbers and screws then take the LCD front cover away.

  26. Disassemble LCD Module 2. Remove 4 screws and lift the LCD up.

  27. Disassemble LCD Module 3. Disconnect LCD cable and take the LCD module away.

  28. Remove Camera Module Disconnect the cable and take the Camera away.
