  3. My Career Goals • Major In Meetings & Destination Management. • When I graduate I would like to be managing a resort or casino. • Long Range Career Goals • To own a piece of resort property

  4. My Status Summary • My project is on track for delivery as expected. • Schedule has not changed since beginning of semester. • My projected date of employment is summer 2003. • After school I plan on moving to Tulsa to gain some experience.

  5. My Progress • Have learned how to create resumes and put them onto the web. • Learned PowerPoint • Learned Word • Learned Excels • Participated in Sales Blitz for Doubletree Hotels

  6. The Status of my Resume • My resume didn’t change that much this year. • Added knowledge of PowerPoint. • Already had knowledge of Word and Excel. • Didn’t learn much on the jobs I’m looking into, only that they are fast paced and require quick thinking.

  7. Attention Areas • Need to focus on getting my internship done. • Will complete internship this summer. • My graduation date will still be as planned. • Have been working with my advisor, so that I may keep on track.

  8. My Schedule • Right now I’m taking my capstone classes. • Doing an internship this summer as a bartender. • Plan on Graduating in the Spring semester 2003. • Will Start looking for a job next semester.

  9. What I Have to Offer-My Skills • Main Critical Deliverables • Good Communication Skills • Working With Customers • Selling • Managing Employees • Microsoft Office and All Windows Platforms • Good At Making Last Minute Decisions

  10. Technical Aspects • Have produced a webpage and have my resume online. • My webpage needs to updated. • Need to add more details on my college experience and classes taken.

  11. My Resources • Current job plan will work because I’m taking the classes that are needed to learn about Hospitality management. • There really are no constraints right now.

  12. My Next Steps • I need to get serious next year about my job search • I plan to start sending my resume out to different hotels in the Tulsa area next year.

  13. Summary/Closing Slide That’s the end of my resume presentation. In closing the presentation you have learned about my objectives, what I’m doing to reach them, and how I plan on getting started.
