  3. Emergency Care Emergency childcare situations during work hours (0700-1730), contact Resource and Referral at 725-9723. Emergency childcare situations after work hours or on weekends, contact PMO at 725-3888 for an emergency childcare provider.

  4. STACC Events Supported with Funding • Pre Deployment Briefs • Return and Reunion Briefs • Task Oriented Response Team (TORT) • *Other events may be coordinated through CYTP, however the cost for care will be $7.00/hr per child *No Alcohol Related Events*

  5. Reservations • STACC Reservation Final Requests are due 2 Weeks Priorto function. • CYTP can support Unit STACC Requests at the center No Earlier Than 1815 during the work week. • Units must provide CYTP with real numbers using the STACC form and Reservation Sheet when submitting the Final STACC Request. • CYTP will only serve patrons who are on the reservation roster supplied by the Unit.

  6. Reservations Cont. • Childcare Coordination Support is provided for both small and large events, however,in order to coordinate care at the Child Development Centers, there must be a reservation for a minimum of 15 children. • Units will be responsible to cover the cost of childcare for families who miss their reservations. This debt must be paid within one week of the event, either by check or by transferring Unit Family Readiness Funds, in order to accommodate any future events with the Unit.

  7. FCC Providers • Must maintain child/staff ratio requirements regardless if they are hired by CYTP or a respective Unit • Units who hire providers are responsible for the payment of providers. Fees are negotiated between the respective Unit and Provider.

  8.
