  1. Schedule – LHC • LHC ramped up to 4TeV Friday last week • All functions of the LHC being tested • 900 GeV collisions expected Wednesday • Expected data recording amid small amounts • Full data taking at 8TeV in earnest expected to begin April 1 Comp@P1 Readiness, Jae and Alexey

  2. Comp@P1 Shadow Shifts • All members needed retraining via a shadow shift • Shadow shift booking opened March 1 • Shifters are required to be registered for shadow shifts within a few days prior to their shifts • All shifters with upcoming shifts registered Comp@P1 Readiness, Jae and Alexey

  3. Comp@P1 Shifts • Shifts open from March 21 through the end of the operation this year, Nov. 26 • March 21 through March 27: two shifts a day • March 27 through Nov. 24: full three shiftper day coverage • Nov. 25 through Nov. 26: two shifts a day • Shifts relatively well covered • Total 56 shifters signed up for the shifts • Only a handful of shifts uncovered, including the one coming up next weekend • Sent out a message to shifters’ list and notify them of the availabilities Comp@P1 Readiness, Jae and Alexey

AMOD Coverage • Have been having hard time filling the shifts • Total number of available shifters: 22 on the OTP list • 14 actual • 4 new AMODs being trained • Doug Benjamin, Luc Poggioli, AlexeySedov and Jae Yu • Need more to prepare for the future • Reviewing individual commitment to assess the need for this year • Will update the OTP and AMOD list on TWiKi pages • Documentation for AMOD tasks and training being put together  Ale, Guido, Cedric, Stephane and many… Comp@P1 Readiness, Jae and Alexey

ADCOS Expert Coverage • Even harder to fill the shifts • Total number of available shifters: 15 on the OTP list • 12 regular plus • 3 new ADCoS Experts promoted • Helmut Wolters, Michal Svatos, Alastair Dewhurst • Need more! • Reviewing individual commitment to assess the need for this year • Will update the OTP and ADCOS list on TWiKi pages • Need shifter starting tomorrow!
