  37. Proposal for Construction of Kitchen - Devices 1. As number of Institutions have decreased, 68991 institutions are eligible for Kitchen devices. 2. GOI has already sanctioned 86428 units of Kitchen devices as per the earlier number of institutions reported by GOB.

  39. ISSUES • No SSMC Meeting Held during 2010-11. • Less coverage of working days. (66% as against PAB Approval) • Less Utilization of food grains. (47% as against Allocation). • Low payment to FCI. (29% as against Allocation). (41 % bill paid as on 31.03.2011) Ministry of HRD, Govt. of India
