  5. Color Palettes- harmonious grouping of colors Connotations- understand emotional response to colors

  6. Focal Points Entrances- set the tone from the start Stages- different stage sets Buffets and bars

  7. Fabrics Drapery- drape ceiling, windows, obstructions Linens- table clothes, napkins Upholstery- spandex, chiffon, couches, etc

  9. Lighting Natural- sunlight, firelight Functional- illumination to perform necessary tasks Decorative- neon, projections, light with movement
