阿給 • 淡水小吃『阿給』，它非常好吃，而且它是油炸食品。它的外皮非常酥脆，而內餡則是由美味的粉絲。

魚丸 • 淡水小吃『魚丸』，以古法製成不需摻入發酵粉的肉包配上清爽可口的魚丸是以上等鯊魚肉為材料，只需摻入少許的太白粉和水，中間再包入肉燥，鮮美的魚丸就成形了。

鐵蛋 • 淡水名產「鐵蛋」源自一次的偶然，當時阿婆在滷滷蛋時，一時忘了時間，等到發現時，滷汁早就己經蒸乾，但沒想到變硬的滷蛋反而出奇的美味，「鐵蛋」之名傳開，最後竟廣受歡迎。

魚酥 • 淡水名產『魚酥』與眾不同，是直接食用的零食。酥脆的口感挾帶著一股魚的香味。

蝦捲 • “蝦捲”第一口就讓我驚呼~好好吃呀~~~脆中又帶著咬勁的酥皮，裡面居然還包著熱乎乎的肉餡，鹹淡適中，一點都沒有腥味，自己加了一點辣醬，口感更是讚!

Tamsui • Tamsui , it’s a town full of history. Located in the north-east of Taipei. It opened in 1858 to trade with Hong Kong.It is a commercial port for a long time.

Arab League gives • Tamsui snack 「Agei 」. It’s a very delicious food .And it’s fried .Its cover is crisp, but in the stuffing is the bean noodles.

the fish ball • Tamsui food’s “fish ball”. It uses old way to make ,and it does not add baking powder. The fish ball is made of the best shark meat. The filling in fish ball is pork.

Iron egg • Tamsui food “Iron egg” was made accidentally. When a grandma stewed marinated egg. She forgot the time, and she found out the marinade was already evaporated, and the unexpectedly hardens marinated eggs and made them more delicious.

fish crisp • Tamsui snack “fish cakes” is unusual. It is freshy and crispy and it has no offensive smell.

Shrimp Roll • shrimp roll first let me in awe! ~~It is so yummy~~ pastry crisp and chewy, in the shrimp roll, it has the hot meat, and does not have offensive smell, and if you add some chili sauce, it is very delicious.
