  12. This will redirect you to Gmail Enter the temporary password. Then click Sign in

  13. Your application undergoes manual verification Why? • You are employed after December 31, 2011 • The data you supplied during the application did not match the data from DBM used by the DepEd in creating the e-mail accounts (examples on the next slide) • Your name has an ñ

  14. Examples of mismatched data

  15. IF ...by validation, the data you entered are found in order, your application will be approved; else, it will be rejected.

  16. When your application is approved... ...go to your specified e-mail address and open the e-mail. It contains a link that you’ll have to click to proceed. More often, it will redirect you to depedverify.appspot.com. Repeat the process of application. Upon submission, your application should be automatically approved.

  17. Common reasonswhy applications are rejected • You used the default date of birth (01-01-1940!) • Names with Ñ (use N instead) Example: Input Grino instead of Griño • You entered “NONE” as your extension name • The data you supplied did not match with the available data from the records of the SDO (PSIPOP) • Multiple application

  18. The IT Services of the SDO used other sources of data for verification such as the LIS. Unfortunately some data may not be considered valid (e.g. Date of birth); while floating teachers do not have LIS accounts. • In an effort to facilitate the verification of DepEd e-mail claims, the IT Services requested all school for the submission of the DepEd E-mail Verification Form where every employee is expected to supply his/her “correct” personal and employment detail.

  19. Unfortunately, these means of verification still resulted to rejection of many applications. Therefore to resolve this matter, those whose application undergoes manual verification are instructed to text the following: First Name, Middle Name, Last Name, Suffix, Date of Birth, TIN (ex. Thomas, Cruise, Mapother, IV, 07/03/1962, 123-456-789) to 0947 936 7606 or 0915 612 5210
