  3. Information Breakdown We have a problem in our company. Our employees and departments aren’t sharing important information like contact lists, customer opportunities, and customer concerns and interactions. Not having the most up to date information means we’re: • Lacking important details and insight • Making uninformed or poor decisions • Giving out incorrect information • Duplicating work

A lack of efficiency We are wasting time and effort. • We’re not focusing on the most winnable deals. • We’re targeting the wrong customers. • We’re missing out on cross-selling and up-selling opportunities. • We’re spending on marketing campaigns with no idea of what works. • We’re creating dissatisfied customers that requires the efforts of more of our people to make happy. • Our workflow is causing wasted time and effort.

We want to become more efficient and profitable and CRM can get us there.

CRM lets us communicate and share information internally and externally CRM brings information together in one place so everyone in the company has access to it and can use it. It will help us to manage our customers and understand how they interact with us. With accurate information we can make informed decisions more quickly and with greater confidence.

  7. Who will use CRM? Any of our departments that has contact with customers or deals with customer information will benefit from it. Sales will have access to all our current product and pricing details, as well as sales and credit history. Marketing can track how our products are selling and react accordingly. Operations can make sure everything is going as planned. Customer support can update customer issues and make the information available to our other departments. Management can use the software’s tools and reports to track the activities of all our departments to make sure they are functioning efficiently.

What can we accomplish with CRM? • Visualize and understand how we are performing by using data dashboards and customizable reports. • Identify our top customers to learn what they buy and how they communicate with us. • Track our customers purchase habits and support issues to give them what they need. • Make effective marketing decisions by seeing what works in our marketing campaigns rather than dumping money into them and hoping for the best. • Identify opportunities and if we are closing them by tracking leads and opportunities and allowing management to view sales activity in real time.

  9. Doing business our way. CRM will also let us create workflows that fit the way we do business. By automating repeatable best practices for our employees: • We will be more efficient. • Our product will be more consistent. • Customer issues will not be overlooked. In the end, CRM workflow provides us with incredible flexibility, and how we use it is entirely up to us.

  11. What we need to do. We know what our problems are. We’re inefficient and we’re not sharing critical information and it’s hurting our bottom line. We can solve this with a CRM system that puts us all on the same page and lets us see how we’re performing, and Sage CRM makes the most sense. It has the features we need and we can integrate it with our existing system so it all works together smoothly .
