  2. Tandem Engineering Wastewater System At Tandem Engineering, we engineer and install water treatment systems. These systems are operating in North America, treating water before recycling or discharge. We treat water as a total part of your system. Tandem Engineering personnel has established an enviable track record of water treatment installations at facilities of all sizes. Although a system may occupy only a few square yards in a plant, we recognize that it must be intelligently integrated within the total manufacturing environment. For effective integration, it is critical we understand your process needs as well as you do. We begin with detailed interviews and thorough on-site inspections of your facility. You’ll find our seasoned engineers not only know their technology, but understand how elements will interact and most efficiently integrate within your operations. This close collaboration ensures you receive a system that runs reliably and predictably from day one, and keeps you flexible to grow as days and years pass.

  3. We offer a storehouse of knowledge. Over the years, we have installed water treatment systems for nearly every type of application in the finishing industry. That experience has formed a storehouse of practical knowledge for our customers to draw from. Have a question about standards? Call us. Want to check some documentation? We've got it; we keep scrupulous records. Our customers know they can turn to us when they need to modify their system, or expand it. The partnership that begins with planning continues long after installation.

  4. We bring the vision of experience and a passion for our craft. Whether continuous flow, or batch treatment, Tandem Engineering systems are designed using only the finest components and state-of-the-art engineering. Our systems are durable, expandable, and exceed local compliance limits. To ensure your system works right from the moment it's on-line, we provide on-site, comprehensive training to make your workforce experts in day-to-day process and procedure. The resulting installation is less labor-intensive, and quite simply, more reliable than other treatment systems.

  5. 50-250 GPM Continuous Flow • Custom-designed by Tandem Engineering, 50-250gpm Continuous Flow-Thru Systems feature dedicated Fiberglas collection tanks for segregated waste systems, dual chemical treatment reactors, gravity settling clarifier and sludge compaction. An industrial-grade Pentium-based PC with customized software monitors all system functions and provides real-time online diagnostics.

  6. 15-25 GPM Continuous Flow • Custom-designed by Tandem Engineering, 15-25gpm Continuous Flow-thru Systems utilize dedicated Fiberglas collection tanks for segregated waste systems, dual chemical treatment reactors, and a solid-state PLC processor to control system functions. System components are factory preassembled and skid-mounted for simplified on-site installation

  7. SS line • Save time and get it fast! SS line is Tandem Engineering unique fixed-volume wastewater treatment system. This system offers you the efficiency of a modular design with the flexibility to adapt quickly to space and capacity needs. Systems are built in the United States from high-quality corrosion-resistant components, assembled, tested, then partially disassembled, packaged, and shipped by truck or container. Off-site monitoring capability is also available, utilizing an integrated modem connection that keeps real-time logs for record keeping and compliance reporting.

  9. Eisenmann Valveless RTO (VRTO) • Eisenmann Corporation designs and manufactures a patented Valveless Regenerative Thermal Oxidizer (VRTO) utilized in treating low concentration air streams of volatile organic compounds (VOCs). The Eisenmann VRTO system design features 100% uptime, constant suction pressure to the fab and minimal maintenance - while providing the highest possible clean air purity. • Eisenmann Corporation has established a well-earned reputation for the design and engineering of the industry's most advanced volatile organic compounds (VOC) abatement system, the Valveless Regenerative Thermal Oxidizer (VRTO).

  10. Eisenmann Wet Electrostatic Precipitation • Exhaust Air Purification with Wet Electrostatic Precipitator (WESP) • The Wet Electrostatic Precipitator is recognized as the most reliable device for removal of sub-micron sized solid particles and liquid droplets. The EISENMANN WESP-2F dual flow design offers continuous self-cleaning under heavy loading of solid and sticky particles in the down-flow mode and the up-flow mode eliminates small droplets and condensable hydrocarbons.

  11. The CMM Group - RTO • Regenerative Thermal Oxidizers from The CMM Group, LLC are designed to destroy up to 99.9% of Volatile Organic Compounds (VOCs) and/or Hazardous Air Pollutants (HAPs) present in process air streams and can significantly reduce energy/operating costs. • CMM Group RTO’s Exceed EPA Requirements, Provide Up To 97% Thermal Efficiency

  12. Typical Applications: • 2,500 to 100,000+ SCFM installations • Ideal for air streams with LFL's    of 1% to 25%

  13. Common Uses: • Converting Web Dryers • Flexographic Printing • Rotogravure Printing • Heat-Set Printing • Surface Coating • Wood Finishing & Manufacturing • Fiberglass Manufacturing

  14. RTO Advantages: • Moderate Capital Costs • Low Operating Costs with Low Solvent Concentrations • Very High Efficiency Thermal Recovery • Capable of High Inlet Temperatures

  15. The CMM Group – Catalytic Oxidizers • Catalytic Oxidizers from The CMM Group, LLC are designed to destroy 99% of Volatile Organic Compounds (VOCs) and/or Hazardous Air Pollutants HAPs in process air streams by converting them to carbon dioxide and water at temperatures ranging from 500 Deg. F to 650 Deg.F.

  16. Typical Applications: • 2,000 to 100,000+ SCFM installations • Ideal for air streams with low to    high VOC concentrations
