  15. 循環盤點進度報告 - SMT 1. 庫存未異動材料通過循環盤點發現差異? 對策: a.循環盤點後及時做帳物實物處理, 避免後續有需求時發生有帳無物; b.超3個月庫存未異動材料及時辦理盤點/退庫. 2. 透過系統自動損耗補料,部分材料發生超補現象? 對策: a.統計8月實際采用自動損耗開單的數量,預計9月增加日盤點筆數(增加到60筆/日), b.在10月重新設定自動損耗開單的比例.2013年依據年終盤點數據再次重新設定. (春節時間段人力短期,暫停循環盤點)
