My organization and GIFT  • Since 2014, Fitra collaborate intensely with Ministry Of Finance Indonesia, for strengthening information systems related to budget data disclosure. • The Impact of the collaboration, in 2017 launching Portal budget data as a form transparant budget policy • OBS score for Budget transparancy increased, from 59 (2015) to 64 (2017) • Fitra and the Ministry of Finance continue to collaborate to develop the OGI 2019 plan

Reaching Out to The Public With Technology • Fitra Have a budget Portal (www.info-anggaran.com) , the function is data center of budget and budget data analysis which can be accesible by community • Budget data by Fitra obtained from Ministry Of Finance and Ministry Of Home affairs. We we get it in the form of hardcopy and softcopy budget data. The Data are digitazing with a scan tool, then to prosccesed into a budget analysis • The Budget Data Fitra, as long as has been used for research for academic, research for advocay, and budget oversight

Motivating citizens on budgets • To encourage community/cetizen to engagement in budget police, Fitra packs budget data in the form of infographics, press releases or brief analyze. • Fitra is establising a budget school for community, students, and government • Budget training carried out was rooted by Fitra in encouraging budget transparency

  5. Your organization´s gift to GIFT • on a regular basis, it does an index of public information disclosure at the district / city level. The indexing year is in 70 districts / cities • Fitra works with the Public Information Commission to encourage transparency at the ministry level. Fitra contributed to the formulation of the instrument
