  4. Reprezentanci wszystkich ośrodków obecni na spotkaniu (Warszawa, Debreczyn, Rez, Bukareszt, Ateny, Zagrzeb) potwierdzili chęć uczestniczenia w inicjatywie dLSF. Dla potencjalnych użytkowników reprezentowanych na spotkaniu ważnymi cechami dLSF są: Możliwość szkolenia studentów Możliwość prac aplikacyjnych w obszarze fizyki jądrowej. Listy intencyjne będą ważną częścią wniosku dLSF: adresowane do całego dLSF z ewentualnym zaznaczeniem konkretnej instalacji, układu eksperymentalnego, problemu fizycznego. Dimitri Balabanski będzie koordynował przygotowanie wniosku jako przedstawiciel użytkowników nie reprezentujący konkretnej instalacji. Zaakceptowano skład zespołu koordynującego dalsze działania: A.Maj, D.Balabanski, S.Harissopulos. Ustalono osoby kontaktowe z poszczególnych laboratoriów HIL: P.Napiorkowski Democritos: S.Harissopulos RBI: N.Souc NPI Rez: V.Kroha NIPNE: G.Cata-Danil Atomki: A.Krasznahorkay Przedstawiciele laboratoriów dostarczą w terminie do 15 lutego 2007 wypełniona część C kwestionariusza do przygotowania Reportu 2 EWONu.
