A Unique Graduate School Experience Throughout my involvement in this project, I have personally gained: • A greater awareness and appreciation of the community members and organizations in Seaside, California • Practical teaching experience • An exposure to various elements of langauge program administration • Leadership skills through my role as the Academic Coordinator

  5. Goals of the Academic Committee: Spring 2012 • Evaluate existing curriculum, and syllabi • Modify existing Needs Analysis Instruments • Redefine lesson content: Guiding question, "What peace and social justice issues directly impact the lives of the students?" • Develop tools for assessment
