  7. 標本製作 • 依所需保存時間，以最不改變形態構造之方法製備。 • 教學 • 展示 • 研究 標本製作步驟： • 麻醉 • 固定 (8% formalin+2%phenol, red latex) • 保存 常見的標本種類： • 解剖標本 • 實物展示標本 • 骨骼標本

  8. 解剖實習注意事項 • 所有同學分組（分八組，每組5~6人必標示出組長），請將名單電子檔寄給我。 • Email address: chenjr@dragon.nchu.edu.tw • 以後上課時間 A：二789A及三6789 • B：一789A及三1234 • 上課原則在視廳教室進行，若上課在實習教室，上課前請借單槍或投影機。 • 上課請準時，每次會小考，黃老師會不定時點名。 • 請準備實驗衣、手套及手術器具，實習時穿著實驗衣，盡可能不要穿托鞋。 • 每次上課或實習請排值日生（以組為單位），值日生之工作包含：公共區域打掃、倒垃圾、最後關閉所有電源(包含抽氣設備)。 • 離開教室請不要帶手套。

  9. 實習教室介紹： • 冷氣、抽氣及送風設備（開關位置） 。 • 緊急沖洗設施。 • 冷藏庫開關注意事項。 • 三個垃圾筒（用過之手套、屍體殘渣及一般垃圾），請勿丟錯。 • 照明設備（有必要時）。 • 實驗桌的清潔維護及排水管道的注意事項。 • 藍桶：1％ 石碳酸液，每次實習結束，記得將全身以石碳酸溶液擦拭，尤其當天的解剖部位、四肢及頭（若石碳酸溶液快用完請知會助教）。 • 領各組清洗工具（請自行保管）。 • 紗布、洗碗精及垃圾袋位置。
