  2. 1. 教育部填報相關時程 • 3/1~4/30：開放學校填表作業 • 4/2~4/30：開放表14系列(新表)填表與瀏覽 • 5/1~5/3：系統關閉，彙整資料輸出 • 5/3~5/15：開放學校下載暨寄送表冊 • 6/11~6/13：開放修正當期及歷史資料 • 6/21~6/25：開放列印暨函文修正資料

  3. 2. 表冊異動說明 • 新增表冊： • 表1-15 公私立大專校院專任研究人員 • 表4-2-5繁星班、菁英班在學學生人數資料表 • 表12-18 教育經費收支預、決算數統計表(學校免填，系統自動產出) • 表14-1~表14~7：4/2起開放填表14-1、表14-5及表14-6，其餘為系統自動產生 註：表14-1僅須填報全校總經費欄位，此欄位係指學校前一年度各式收入之總和

  4. 2. 表冊異動說明 • 刪除表冊： • 表2-5 新生人數分析統計資料表 （含春秋二季招生學生） • 表11-2學校基本資料調查表(二)「校地、校舍」 • 特殊專班表冊：全數刪除 • 特殊專班併入表2、表3-8及表4系列填報
