Long Range Development Plan (LRDP) • What? • A campus master planning tool that provides framework for coherent vision of future campus growth and development • Why? • Last update occurred in 1995; approved by UH BOR and City Council in 1999 • Plan Review Use (PRU) permit is issued by C&C upon approval • Components of LRDP • Development of Campus Master Plan that accounts for Enrollment Growth & Academic Program Changes that impact Facility Requirements • Conceptual, Alternative & Ultimate Site Plans for Facilities, Landscaping & Aesthetics, Parking, Safety & Security, Transit Integration, Vehicular & Pedestrian Circulation
