Important info for parents of Important info for parents of Swim & Gym / Kids In Motion Members & Youth Members Swim & Gym / Kids In Motion Members & Youth Members SWIM & GYM MEMBERSHIPS: The Center has scheduled Swim & Gym times for use by any child enrolled as a Swim & Gym member OR Kids In Motion member. The Swim & Gym times vary depending on the season. Pick up a copy of the current schedule at the Member Service Desk. Scheduled Gym Times: Scheduled Swim Times: Scheduled Gym Times: Scheduled Swim Times: • For children and youth 6 months through 11 years old, the parent/guardian must accompany child in the pool at all times. • Children not yet potty trained must wear a swim diaper. • For youth 12-15 years, parent/guardian must remain in the pool area during scheduled swim times. • All children and youth 6 months to 15 years must wear a color-coded bracelet (available at the Member Service Desk) in the pool area during scheduled swim times. • Children 6 months to 3 years require parent/guardian supervision while in gymnasium. • For children and youth 3 to 15 years, the parent/guardian must be in the Center during scheduled gym times, but does not have to be present in the gym area IF a gym attendant is present. Our Center has both a men’s and women’s locker room and two additional assisted/family changing rooms. Our family changing policy is as follows: • Children age 4 and older are not allowed in the main locker room of the opposite gender. Our family/assisted changing area can be used by families with children of the opposite gender who are 4 years or older. • No child under the age of 12 can be in a locker room without a parent or guardian present. • FAMILY CHANGING POLICY: • As a family-based Center, we want to ensure the safety and privacy of all our members. Both the Youth and parent must stay in the same area of the facility. Each of the following parts of the facility are considered a separate area: Gymnasium, Group Cycling Studio, Aerobics Studio, Mind/Body Studio, pool area.
