Pearls What Worked and Why • Team Commitment: Members of our improvement team recognize the importance of patient safety and are dedicated to reducing patient harm. • Frontline Staff: The team included frontline staff in planning and implementation of “tests of change.” • Communication: Information was shared throughout the facility monthly, including Senior Leadership, Medical Staff and Board Quality Committee/Board.
