  2. Doelgroep en doelstelling • Afdeling AZ • P&O • Juridische Dienst • Logistieke ondersteuning • Onderzoekscel + klachtencoördinatie • Sensibiliseren rond het thema integriteit • Laagdrempelig • Ludiek • Duurtijd: anderhalf uur tot twee uur • Locatie: KTA Oostende

Aanpak • Ontvangst met gratis ticket voor een optreden (mini-case) • Muziek speelt + projectie van optreden Milk Inc • Bespreking in verschillende groepjes (4) met koffie en koek • 4 facilitatoren • Dilemmaspel • 4 vooraf geselecteerde dilemma’s (algemene thema’s, niet bedreigend) • Facilitatoren schuiven door na ieder dilemma ( dynamiek) • Tijd wordt bewaakt met kookwekker • Presentatie: “Wat bedoelen we nu met integriteit?” • Theoretische inleiding door afdelingshoofd AZ • Ludieke foto’s in presentatie (testen)

  4. Reacties en leerpunten • Reacties: • Vooraf: terughoudend • Tijdens en achteraf: heel positief! • Leerpunten: • Hou het luchtig en ludiek! • Breng dit thema vanuit een positieve invalshoek en op een positief moment (vb. teamdag)
