  2. Brief History about this Application • Few Years ago during Real Estate boom, demand for Mini Loader has gone up considerably. Conventional Loaders being big in size, have difficulty in movement at congested construction site. • Looking at this demand Universal Construction Pune has designed this Mini Loader with Brand Name of “Tough Rider”. • This Machine has become so popular that even other Manufacture’s machines also called Tough Rider.

  3. Market Share • Presently Universal Construction, Pune have more than 80% Market share in India of this Machine and they have started exporting also. • Safari Construction,Bharuch, Cosmos Cosnt., Pune & Deccan Construction, Pune are other manufactures in India, those buy Engine from us.

  4. 255 Engine on this Application • ENGINE MODEL: 255 DILS , 24 Hp @ 2400 rpm , water-cooled Diesel engine. • Scope of Supply : • A Basic Engine with Radiator consisting of • Self starter 12 V, alternator 12 V -36 Amps, • Lub oil filter , Fuel filter . • Air filter • Engine wiring harness ( Vehicle wiring is done by OE) • Oil pressure , water temperature sensor etc. • Engine Kit comprising of meters , silencer , pull to stop cable , pre cleaner , starter switch etc

Product Features • This engine is very robust and suitable for Construction equipment application. • Proven engine design in tractor market since last 10 years. • Engine is supplied with Air filter & Radiator i.e. With time tested cooling & air filtration system. • Basic Engine being common with DG Set engine after sales service is easily available from Genset dealer which is available in each and every small districts in India. • Engine is able to work at 16 Deg. Gradient, which is very important for Earth Moving application.

Portal. • However observed utilisation of FSC is poor due to awareness amongst Dealers as well in Customers. Need your support in this regard.
