  2. our story • 2002 - launched as joint venture of Community 21 consortium of 20 not-for-profit organisations & Bendigo Bank • 2013 - 6,500 not-for-profit customers ranging from small local community groups to national charities

  6. ‘investing for good’- projects • founding partner and investor in Social Enterprise Finance Australia (SEFA) • In-roads - microcredit program for financially excluded Australians • provided finance for more than 1,200 affordable and social homes • Social Investment Deposit Account – giving 50% of account profits to financial inclusion projects

  19. what does it mean for the sector? • new models will be required • we will need to decide … is it to be competition or collaboration ? • we need to focus on the outcome • our relationship with capital will change
