Step 3: Enroll participating areas into workspaces • Participating Area= any level within the hierarchy • Example levels: Course • Program • Service Area • Division • Workspaces= custom designed spaces that collect assessment data over time • Participating areas are “enrolled” into workspaces

Step 5: account creation with affiliation and access • Account: basic staff or faculty account with no access to workspaces or reports • Affiliation: specificworkspace(s) in which the user will be expected to enter information • Access: the type and scope of report access and review capabilities
