  2. Trail mix is a great healthy snack that keeps us full and give us energy to do the activities we love!! Here are some ideas for making your own trail mix: Fruit: Craisins Dried Pineapple Figs Banana chips Dried mango Chopped dates Nuts: Whole roasted almonds Candied walnuts Shelled pistachios Cashews Honey-roasted pecans Other goodies: Crystallized ginger Shelled sunflower seeds M&Ms Chex cereal Reese's Pieces Granola Mini pretzels Grape Nuts cereal Wasabi peas Popcorn is a delicious snack that can be easily made at home! It is a fun way to snack in any flavor your choose! Below are some tips for creating yummy popcorn! Try a few dashes of hot sauce with the butter, blend before adding to popped corn. Mix together 3 tablespoons melted butter, ¼ cup cheddar cheese powder, ¼ teaspoon mustard powder, ¼ teaspoon cayenne pepper, salt and pepper to taste.  Indian Corn- 1 teaspoon of curry powder, ¾ teaspoon ground turmeric, ¾ teaspoon ground ginger and a tiny pinch of cayenne pepper Pizza popcorn seasoning: 3 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese, 1 teaspoon ground, dried oregano and ½ teaspoon dried tomato powder. A real spicy hot- ½  teaspoon chili powder and ¼ teaspoon dried, crushed red peppers. Spritz4 cups of popped, salted popcorn with a ¼ cup of malt vinegar. Tasty Trail Mix & Poppin’ Popcorn
