ASPECTO LABORAL: • HORARIOS: “5 a 6 dias libres”, 5 guardias comunitarias, no reten • PROGRAMAS A CARGO: TBC, adulto mayor, salud mental y medicina • ACTIVIDADES QUE SE REALIZAN: asistencial y preventivo promocional. • CARGA LABORAL: relativamente tranquilo, no mucho papeleo. • INFORME MENSUAL: tus programas y tus metas

AMBIENTE LABORAL: (RELACION CON EL PERSONAL DE SALUD) • Algo especial, pero depende mucho de la personalidad de cada medico serums. • Tienen mas dias libres por ser personal nombrado (aunque el personal serums por ley le corresponde los mismos derechos) • En la parte laboral son relativamente eficientes.

  6. RELACION CON LA COMUNIDAD: • En general muy buena. • Apoyo de las instituciones educativas, municipalidad, policía, gobernación y organizaciones sociales (no hay rondas campesinas)

  7. APOYO DE LA RED O MICRORRED: • El personal de la microred Laredo en general muy atentos y serviciales con nosotros • Limitación: la parte económica. • El personal de la red Trujillo con los pocos que se ha tenido relación se ha recibido su apoyo
