  3. Sector of Industry • Agriculture Location: Territory of Doboj and surrounding municipalities /Doboj South, Doboj East, Petrovo and Usora/

  4. Objective of the project • The objective is to stimulate social economy and development of rural areas with setting up of a production cooperation and engagement of women in individual production

  5. Key characteristics and advantages of the project • Productive employment of young and poor; • Public-private partnership with partners from Serbia with experience in cooperation in this area; • Secured foreign market for all main products as well possibility of development of new production lines; • Secured sources of quality forage in collaboration with local agricultural cooperatives; • Working with quality materials and for foreign market;

Budget of expected investment – total investment • - Foreign partner with investment of 350.000,00 €; • - Own investmentof 186.000,00 €; • - New investor 200.000,00 €; • Total investment is 736.000.00€: • Preinvestment activities 21.000,00 €; • Investment activities 530.000,00 €; • Current assets 185.000,00 €;

  7. Expected mode of cooperation with potential investor • Joint venture arrangement with aim of securing quality funds for participation in further • Development of the company;

Company information • -Name of company: ’First female production cooperation’ - Doboj • -Brief description of business: Development center for breeding of quality goats (alpina race) and production of milk and milk products for foreign market; • -Establishment of the company: Company is in establishment; • -Location: Doboj, Orasje 42 – BiH; • -Management of the company: Steering Committee and a director; • -Capital structure: Private • -Number of employees: 16 employees and 60 subcontractors ;

  9. Market position • After two production cycles the company will become important factor in production of breeding units. Besides main flock of 515 units there will be 2 medium flocks of 250 units and 60 smaller ones with app. 5 units within small family businesses;

  10. List of products • Production of goat meat, goat milk and goat milk products; • By products for farmaceutical and cosmetics industry;
