Health exchanges. tax credits. Mountains of regs, without public comment. Unintended consequences. Child-only policies vanishing. 80-100 million could lose coverage. 16,000 IRS agents. Costs soar. 40% of doctors plan to leave practice. SEIU drops dependents.
