  3. Wise Men Seek Jesus • They paid a great service – “we … are come to worship him … they fell down and worshipped” • They followed a great guide – “the star … went before them”

  4. Wise Men Seek Jesus • They experienced a great emotion – “rejoiced with exceeding great joy” • They offered a great gift – “treasure … gold, frankincense, and myrrh”

  5. Wise Men Seek Jesus • They obeyed a great voice – “warned of God in a dream” • They stirred up a great opposition – “Herod … was exceeding wroth”

  6. Wise Men Still Seek Jesus • They seek until they find (Mt. 7:7-8) • They ask for help (Acts 8:34) • They worship Jesus (Rev. 5:9-14)
