TECHNOLOGY WITH PRECISION • The All “New Duramate”Needle Rotors (Rotating Pendulum) are Unique Balanced One Piece Rotors. • Its strikes taking place within the rotor housing in a hardened and ground bush. • Secured firmly with its centre of gravity distributing vibrations equally over the full needle. • Unlike the standard needle vibrations restricted to the mid housing. • The rotors are galvanised to resist corrosion from condensation within the Rotor Housing.

  3. RELIABILITY WITH STURDINESS A FLEXIBLE SHAFT WHICH HAS: Outer Casings made from designer moulded abrasion resistant rubber hose. These hoses are braided with full jacket High Tensile Steel Wires. World over synthetic and cotton thread is simply out dated. Inner Core made from multiple layer of Heat Treated Spring Steel Wires. Vibrating Needles designed on the pendulum principle featuring both high frequency and amplitude, distributing vibration over the whole needle.

SAFETY FEATURE Protection to inner cores from damage of unwinding due to Clockwise / Reverse Motor Rotation has been incorporated by means of a Link between Driving End Nipple and Inner Core which unthreads itself releasing the inner core and can easily be refitted. RANGE DURABILITY • TAURUS “DURAMATE” range covers most commonly used sizes of 60, 50 and 40 mm diameter vibrating needle assemblies. • The flexible shaft is common for All the three sizes and adaptable to complete range of petrol diesel, and electric drive units of most popular makes on market. All wearing out surfaces i.e. rotor housing and rotors are induction hardened like wise the head cap nut & Inner core are specifically Heat treated. The materials used are abraision resistant magnesium alloy steels, thus ensuring best results in all types of concrete.
