Users can choose a standard linear progression through topics, or use the “wheel” to select various learning styles.   6. Instructor Portal Instructors can… • Provision e-learning access to students • Set up classrooms as “groups” • Send group e-mails, e.g. assignment notifications • Access reporting on student use and assessment scores

  7. Instructor Portal Instructor Steps • Enroll in e-learning benefit via your ITA administrator • Receive admin key • Log on to itacademyinstructor.microsoftelearning.com • Sign in with your Windows Live ID and admin key • Select “ Access Codes” under “Administer Content”

  8. Instructor Portal Steps • Create ID • Single or Multi-Use • Set number of codes • Select expiration • Choose Group (optional) • Pick Course(s) • Create Access Code

  9. Student Access Steps • Log on to itacademy.microsoftlearning.com • Sign in with your Windows Live ID • Check the End User License Agreement box • Enter Access code: 6561-ITAROCKS-8105 • Now you have access for 150 days

  10. Student Experience Courses are added to student My Learning page. New courses populate here as well. Tracks progress and expiration. Clicking link launches course
