  7. Making a List • Notifications tab • Create a List button • Enter a list name (describes list contents)

  10. 1. New List > Grade Level Name (i.e. 12th Graders) • 2. Add Rules to filter it down to the grade level. • (Field “is” Grade > Criteria is “ 12th) Create a Grade Level List

  11. Create a test list Manually adding ONLY yourself on the list. Can be saved to use when needed. Test List

  15. Click Choose an Existing List to select the Test List you created earlier. Then click Next. Basic Phone Notification job

  16. Enter your direct access line (10 digits) Not the School Main Number. No extensions.

  17. Message Prepared? Ready to Record? Click Call Me to Record Basic Phone Notification job

  18. Schedule Options Select Now to send this job immediately or Select Schedule and Send to schedule the job to run later. Click Next. Basic Phone Notification job

  19. On the Review and Confirm page review the job information. Click the Confirm box. Click Next to submit job for processing. Basic Phone Notification job

  20. Start Page your job will display in both the Jobs Timeline and Recent Activity sections Use the Tools link to the right of the job description to edit or cancel this job. Basic Phone Notification job

  21. You can send phone or email messages in the same notification by simply following the instructions below. Basic Phone Notification job

  22. Clicking the Report link under the Tools menu displays a Notification Summary, which shows the results of that job Reports

  23. Related Links Provides access to additional report features such as exporting and printing reports. Reports

  24. Totals Contains a breakdown of the total calls, emails messages sent in both numeric and graphical format. Reports
