  4. 1.用户名：KD+一卡通号 例如：KD95810023； 2.研究生请在“详细通信地址”栏内填写“所在学院+学历层次+毕业时间” 例如：理学院 硕士研究生 2014年3月31日 教师请在“详细通信地址”栏内填写“所在学院+教师” 例如：机械学院 教师； 3.请务必填写正确的E-mail地址和联系电话。
