  1. My New School A social story written for kindergarteners This is my new school, Shoal Creek Elementary

  2. Sometimes it’s a little hard to go to a new school, especially when you don’t know what it is like. This book will help me get ready for my new school and will show me the special places and the VERY special people that are waiting for a very, VERY special ME to arrive….

  3. This might be what my kindergarten classroom looks like.

  4. The playground is where I can slide, jump, run, pretend, swing and play, play, play during recess!

  5. In the library I will listen to stories, do fun projects and find books to take home. Mrs. Bradley and Mr. Langhorst will be my teachers. Mrs. Drummond will help me check out library books. Mrs. Bradley Mrs. Drummond Mr. Langhorst

  6. This is the music room where I can sing, play instruments and learn about music. Mrs. Holland and Mrs. Myers will be my music teachers. Mrs. Holland Mrs. Myers

  7. Mrs. Goss and Mr. Rembecki will be my art teachers. They will help me draw, paint, or do clay projects with my friends. Mrs. Goss Mr. Rembecki

  8. This is the gym where fun things will be planned in P.E. for me! Coach Carr and Coach Morley will be my P.E. teachers. Coach Morley Coach Carr

  9. When it is lunch time, I will get my food from the nice lunch ladies, or I might bring food from home.

  10. Mr. Victor Mr. Terry I will eat lunch in the cafeteria with my friends, Mr. Terry and Mr. Victor will help clean up when I am done.

  11. My new school is a special place, with VERY special people that are excited to meet a VERY, VERY SPECIAL me!
