  2. What is sipp? SIPP is a type of personal pension. It is introduced in 1989. It is a tax efficient way of saving for retirement. It provide much wide flexible investment which include commercial properties. It is type of UK registered Pension Scheme.

How It Work? • SIPP can be set under trust which is registered with HMRC,but make sure that SIPP funds are governed under the UK pension legislation. • After setting, all pension money were transferred into it. The SIPP allow.. • Set up a bank account, to hold and operate your pension; • Commercial property investment.
