Scope of Work • Structural Works - Structural Framing for overpass (Bridge) - Column & Pedestal - Stairs • Civil and Architectural Works - Bored Piles - Pile Cap Foundation - Escalator Pit - Supply and Installation of Aluminum Composite Panel 4mm thk - Supply and Installation of Tempered Glass Railings 12mm thk

Project Methodology BEFORE CONSTRUCTION • Conduct Pre-Construction site inspection to validate existing utilities. • Securing of necessary permits, As Built Drawings of the existing underground utilities. • Coordination with concern agencies prior to start of work. • Preparation and installation of required Project ID and signage. • Preparation of traffic management plan/Project Safety plan • Necessary Traffic signs and warning barricades shall be provided. • All personnel that will be deployed to site shall undergo safety orientation.

Project Methodology • BRIDGE ERECTION PROCEDURE & SEQUENCE • Mobilization of the erection crew with the necessary equipment. • Prepare and install all necessary power lines from the nearest point of the power supply to the assembly area. (Gen. Set) • Match marking and proper storage of members and component parts of the structure to ensure proper assembly and positioning when final assembly commences. • Before mobilization start, all elevation and alignment of existing steel pedestal should be check by QA/QC to ensure correctness, and should provide crane access prior for proper erection. Crane ways must be free of all obstruction. • Delivery and installation of column pedestal at B. • Delivery and installation of temporary support along Center Island of the main road. • Provide protection for the delivered materials to keep from dirt and rust. Protection must be level to ensure straightness of the materials.

  9. Project Methodology • BRIDGE ERECTION PROCEDURE & SEQUENCE • Mobilization of the erection crew with the necessary equipment. (cont.) • Splicing of main beams and platform at site warning devices of segment 1 and segment 2. • Provide safety barricade, signage and early warning devices to warn incoming vehicles and pedestrians. • Provide traffic personnel to man traffic along the area of erection. • Delivery and installation of temporary support along the center island on the road. • Provide safety net for fall protection of workers and safety for small tools that may injure workers working below.

Proposed Traffic Plan/Scheme • Traffic management will be strictly observed and put into practice during the construction period. • Proper barricades, lightings, sufficient traffic warning signs and information's as well as the flagmen must be placed on sites to properly warn and guide the public for their safety. • All site activities shall be well coordinated to TAPI/MACEA. • Working area will be properly enclosed with (board-up and bollards) with appropriate signs put in place. • Flagmen or traffic crews will be provided if necessary The Following are the Schematic Diagram of the Proposed Traffic Flow wherein the construction are being implemented.

Site Set-up Activity: Launching of Bridge Frame Time: 11PM to 4AM Location: Buendia Westbound corner Ayala Ave. (infront of The Columns) TRAFFIC SCHEME: Buendia Westbound corner Ayala Ave. closed Divert traffic flow of vehicles traveling along Buendia westbound. Right turn to Zuellig then left turn to Malugay then right turn to Ayala Ave. extension then left turn to Yakal and left turn to Pasong Tamo and right turn to Buendia or from Malugay right turn to Ayala Ave. Extension and take U-turn slot and right turn to Buendia Ave. Vehicles coming from Ayala Ave. goin to Buendia westbound should take left turn to Buendia. Traffic advisory and directional signages will be installed in all strategic locations. Traffic enforcers will be deployed. Subject to approval of concerned LGU’s.

Traffic enforcers will be deployed. Subject to approval of concerned LGU’s.
