  6. Changing Text size • Before Typing Text • Click Font Size Box Arrow • Select font size (e.g., 16) • After Typing • Select Text • Click Font Size Box Arrow • Select font size

  7. Show/Hide Paragraph Mark • For non-printing characters Word-wrap • No need to press enter at end of line Blank Lines • press enter at beginning of line

  8. Spell Check • Checks as you type • Red wavy line when misspelled • Right-click over word for possible spellings • ABC check Button

  9. Center/Bold/Underline/Italicize • Select Text (drag across text) • Click button on formatting toolbar • Select Multiple Lines • Point in left margin to left of first line • Drag down to last line
