Organization • USA Swimming • 4 Zones – Eastern, Southern Central, and Western • Zones divided into Sections – Southern Zone has Southern, Eastern and Western sections • Each Section is made up of Local Swimming Committees (LSC) – North Carolina Swimming • Each LSC is responsible for administering USA Swimming activities in a defined geographical area and has its own set of bylaws under which it operates.  A House of Delegates with representation of athletes, coaches, members of the Board of Directors and clubs is responsible for managing the business affairs of the LSC.
