  5. 評議案件受理情形 • 截至101年10月3日評議中心受理評議案件總收受案件數1832件，銀行類274件(含連動債166件)、保險類1528件、證券期貨類30件。

  6. 評議案件辦理情形 • 截至101年10月3日評議中心辦理案件情形，總收案件數1832件，已結案件數1110件，紛爭實際解決552件，含調處成立81件，評議成立130件，撤回341件。
