  6. what users like • simplicity: do one thing do it well • no account creation: natively federated • no software installs: only need a web browser • fire & forget • no technical limitson size or retention time • email receipts (love/hate) • 100% self-service and no assumptions on recipients or type of collaborations • they know where their data is

  7. what they're missing • faster uploads version 1.6, Q1 2014 • encryption 2014 for version 1.6 • multi-file support, finer-grained email control version 2.0, 2014 • better download protection partly version 2.0, 2014 • API (research groups!) under investigation
