Sammanfattning • Samtliga ärenden i Ärendehanteringssystemet • Var tydlig med information och bilagor • Uppge om produktion eller test samt versionsnummer • Ett ärende per ”issue” • Nytt ärende bekräftas med en notification via mejl • Gå regelbundet igenom status på era ärenden • Vad är Critical? – Ex. om systemet inte går att starta eller om det inte går att sätta NAV i produktionsmiljön. Ring!
