  1. THE NIGHT OF NO RETURN By: Jose I. Pareja “…have you ever been alone in the middle of the savannah?…”

  2. THE NIGHT OF NO RETURN: Jose Pareja Your plane just crashed in the middle of the the Amazon region. You are the only survivor of three. You find yourself staring at the ground with a flash light, a Machete and a back pack with a small fishing net. It’s starting to get dark and you need to make a choice: A. You decide to stay and wait for a rescue team to find you. B. You decide to walking into the woods to find a more visible landmark (a river or a clearing).

  3. THE NIGHT OF NO RETURN: Jose Pareja You decided to stay. Figuring that the best way is not to move. Unfortunately while staying on watch through the night you feel suddenly like a sharp knife cutting through the back of your neck and then two strong canines biting their way through it. The last thing you see is a dark yellow spotted feline looking creature dragging you into the woods. THE END

  4. THE NIGHT OF NO RETURN: Jose Pareja As you struggle through the forest. Getting bitten by mosquitoes of all sorts (huge, small, thin and long) and falling constantly into mud traps you manage to find your way to a clearing. Looking carefully around you you find some human tracks heading EAST. Barefoot tracks they seem. As you stare at this tracks you think you could hear some water fall kind of sound SOUTH. A. You decide to follow the tracks EAST hoping to find other people that could help you. B. You decide to go SOUTH hoping that the water will lead you to a river.

  5. THE NIGHT OF NO RETURN: Jose Pareja As you head EAST you get closer and closer to what it seems to be a bonfire. Through the bushes your manage to see a group of natives dancing and performing around the flames of the fire. It looks like something is smelling really good in the area. What do you do? A. You decide to STEP out of the bushes and move towards the native crowd. B. You decide to go back. What if the natives are Cannibals?

  6. THE NIGHT OF NO RETURN: Jose Pareja You step out of the bushes and start walking towards the bonfire. It seems like no one has noticed you yet. Suddenly from with in the crowd that is dancing a spear flies into the air in your direction. Seconds later you feel like you are losing consciousness and you start feeling really cold. THE END

  7. THE NIGHT OF NO RETURN: Jose Pareja As you move SOUTH. The sound of the River gets louder and louder. Eventually you get to the river bed and look around for some sort of life, especially human. Looking up the river you manage to see what looks like 2 people and a canoe. A. Do you hide and wait to see who is coming down the river? B. You start screaming for help!

  8. THE NIGHT OF NO RETURN: Jose Pareja As you scream for help you notice that the canoe starts turning around. You start running along the side of the river to try and get closer to the canoe but after a while you loose sight of the canoe. Just as you are thinking about stopping, you feel like you lose your grip and suddenly the ground beneath you falls. You make your best effort to grab tight from where ever you can but you don’t find any ‘liana’ or strong place to do this. You fall into the river and you are dragged by the currents to the bottom. THE END

  9. THE NIGHT OF NO RETURN: Jose Pareja You decide to hide. Eventually the canoe gets closer to you and you realize that the paddlers are a native and a white guy. The white guy looks like a field biologist so you decide to get out of your hideout and yell for help. Immediately you are spotted by both rowers and the canoe approaches to allow you in. After 4 hours of paddling down the river you get to a field station. You are SAFE. CONGRATULATIONS
