  2. HiRISE Landing Site Images: (Stereo Images Not Required for Initial Targeting) Standard HiRISE Image: 6 km width, 10 km down track (30 cm/pixel) -Want to minimize number of “custom” images. If MSL Site ROI is much larger than a HiRISE swath (6km x 10 km) the HiRISE image can fall anywhere within the ROI and will be counted as the initial image of the site.
