  5. Record Books • Comparison to merit badges also used in boy and girl scouts • Starts at the 5-8 group and develops through 14+group Rewards: • Helps seniors apply for college • Activity that helps support community • Gives experience for job placement

  6. Yearly Events • Youth Leadership and Achievement Banquet • National Youth Services Day • Annual County Fair at Kualoa Ranch • Youth Literacy Day • 4-H Camp • 4-H Council and Election • Communications and Visual Arts Fair
