RECRUITMENT PROCEDURE • After we get the order from the a Company to find, select and then send the persons to the company’s given place for interview on the time given. • We select 3-4 candidates after minutely going through the CVs and see that they match the requirement and job description as well any other points given to us for the post. • We presume that one person out of the 3-4 candidates will get selected. • In case the candidate does not fit into the company’s environment, and leaves within three months from the date of joining, then we offer free replacement of the candidate, however it is ensured that the bill of the said candidate was settled in time.
