  1. CKOV Status ++ PMT assembly parts at IIT being completed. Magnetic Shields ready. ++ Steele for Light box at U of Iowa. Machining to be completed in June. Some irregularities with the water-jet cutting. 2nd order being set up. Nickel plating work may be in jeopardy. ++ Aerogel compartments and back covers being machined at UM- 2wks. ++ PMTs selection completed at Trieste. Scheduling shipment. ++ PMT base being assembled and tested at FNAL and then at UM. ++ Final bases assembled after sign-off. Waiting for parts. ++ LED pulser and monitor diodes being tested. ++ Elipsoidal mirror prototypes at FNAL for surface deposition uniformity tests. - June 18. ++ Flat aerogel compartment mirrors then to be coated by June 28. + Production Ellipsoidal mirrors being slumped and then shipped to FNAL for coating. Tight schedule here! Scheduled to begin in late June!! ++ Aerogel Shipment expected in June. ++ RAL Shipping plans being formulated. ++TOFO/CKOV beamline stand in preparation. ++ 100% optimistic, +50% optimistic L.   4. CKOV Assembly Schedule • Pre- mechanical assembly tests in the US as parts are available. • Aerogel + Parts shipped to RAL in by early July. • Personnel to RAL July 15-Aug1. (Sanders, Cremaldi) • Aerogel box assembled in Safe area at RAL. Completed by July 20. • Mechanical assembly follows.
