  1. Justin Woll Proves Age Is Just a Number It's veritably important to be active mentally and physically during all periods of our life and especially as we progress into our after times. Still, it's delicate at times to maintain an active life due to numerous reasons including former illness, injury, fatigue, climate and a former sedentary life. For those that have had challenges in any of these areas it's common and natural to kindly give up and come indeed more sedentary.
